Leadership is often experienced through conversations.
Whether navigating change, managing conflict or making difficult decisions, I work with founders, executives and emerging leaders as they think through both the conversations they have with others and the ones they have with themselves. Together, we create space for greater clarity, authenticity and more considered action. Conversations often centre around:
-
leading organisational change
-
preparing for difficult conversations
-
leading with authenticity
-
giving candid feedback
-
navigating conflict within teams
-
communicating uncertainty
-
stepping into larger leadership roles
-
aligning leadership teams
-
making decisions under ambiguity
-
balancing empathy with accountability
Many of these engagements take the form of coaching. Others involve working alongside leaders over a longer period as they navigate significant organisational decisions or periods of change.
In some situations, I also support founders, boards and leadership teams in an advisory capacity, drawing on my experience across law, venture capital and organisational leadership where that perspective is helpful.
